About The Video

Sustainability at Passenger Plus

This video was produced in partnership with one of Passenger Plus’ major corporate clients, who had recently commissioned a dedicated electric shuttle bus service as part of their wider sustainability commitments. Their project represented a significant long-term investment into clean transport solutions and marked a milestone moment for both companies.

Our goal was to capture and communicate the scale of that investment - not just in terms of technology, but in shared values. The video highlighted:

- The launch of the new electric shuttle service, tailored for daily staff transport.

- The client’s commitment to sustainable corporate travel.

- Passenger Plus’ forward-thinking attitude toward EV infrastructure, low-emission strategy, and environmental responsibility.

Through interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and visually rich storytelling, we positioned Passenger Plus as a key pioneer in the transition to electric. The video helped cement their reputation as a sustainability leader in the passenger transport space and is now used to support future bids and partnerships with other environmentally conscious organisations.

Meet the Fleet Series

The Meet the Fleet series was developed as a strategic tool to support Passenger Plus’ sales and customer service process. Each vehicle in the fleet was given its own dedicated video, professionally filmed and edited to highlight its unique features, onboard amenities, and suitability for different journey types.

These videos are now embedded on the Passenger Plus website and used as a core part of the sales funnel - every customer is directed to the corresponding video prior to booking, helping them visualise exactly what to expect and choose the right vehicle with confidence.

This approach has:

  • Reduced friction in the sales process by answering common customer questions visually.
  • Helped staff upsell higher-spec vehicles with ease, thanks to engaging, high-quality content.
  • Improved booking conversion rates by giving customers clarity and confidence.
  • Enhanced the overall brand experience, setting Passenger Plus apart from less transparent competitors.

To bring the visuals to life, we also included a mix of cinematic b-roll and rolling shots, captured safely under risk-assessed conditions with Metropolitan Police guidance.
