Customer testimonial Monk Apollo, Germany
This client testimonial video for Monk was developed to support international business development, highlighting a successful conveyor installation for a German client. Its primary purpose was to build credibility, demonstrate technical capability, and act as a high-impact, trust-building asset for tenders, sales meetings, and strategic conversations.
The project began with detailed pre-production planning, including carnet documentation, international travel coordination, and scheduling aligned with the client's availability. We worked closely with Monk's leadership to shape a visual narrative that aligned with their brand, showcasing both the engineering solution and the strength of the client relationship.
Filming took place on-site in Germany within an operational facility. Using a lightweight, high-performance kit, we captured b-roll of the machinery and robotics in motion, and a confident, natural performance from the client. Health and safety compliance was a top priority, and we ensured the shoot ran smoothly without interrupting the client's daily operations.
Back in the UK, we cut the footage down with an eye on clarity and keeping it on brand. Interview audio was enhanced with motion graphics and subtle branded elements to create a video that felt both premium and authentic. Alongside the full-length testimonial, we also produced shorter, platform-specific versions to support web use, social promotion, and internal communications.
This video is now a cornerstone asset in Monk's marketing toolkit sat alongside others which have already played a proven role in securing a seven-figure deal.
Company video Company overview
This company video was created to introduce Monk as a business that leads with its people, giving potential clients, partners, and stakeholders a clear sense of who Monk are, what they do, and the values that drive them. The purpose was to put a face to the name, offering a warm, credible, and professional first impression that builds trust before any conversation begins.
From the outset, the goal was to balance engineering capability with human connection. We developed a visual structure that combined team interviews with rich b-roll of Monk's machinery, installations, and internal operations. The tone was approachable yet confident - giving viewers insight into both the technical expertise and the people behind the systems.
Filming took place across Monk's facilities and offices, capturing a mix of day-to-day activity and direct-to-camera moments from key team members. The result reflects Monk's experience and their hands-on approach, without leaning on jargon.
Post-production was about keeping the story clear. We blended interview footage with high-quality visuals, music, and subtle motion design to create a versatile asset that could live across web, sales decks, events, and internal comms.
This video now serves as Monk's core brand introduction, helping prospects quickly understand who they are, what they deliver, and - most importantly - why they're trusted by manufacturers across the UK and Europe.
Product video Pick to Light assembly system
This video was produced to visually demonstrate Monk's Pick to Light Assembly System in action, giving potential clients a clear, real-world view of how the system operates without relying on heavy explanation or technical narration. The goal was to create a clean, confident showcase of the system in use – something that Monk's team could drop into a pitch, website, or trade show without needing to set the scene.
To produce this video, we visited Monk's warehouse, and set up a monstrous white studio backdrop. Then we assembled a super soft lighting setup, giving a clean look much like a CAD render. Once we had complete out shot list, we took it into editing where we introduced music and voiceover, telling the chronilogical story as coheasively as possible
Content like this makes a product easier to sell, so keeping it clean and easy to follow is the whole job. The video is used to qualify leads, and ensure the potential buyers understand the solution and limitations before the more labour intensive sales process begins.
Overview
Years of films, one partner.
Monk is a specialist in industrial automation and bespoke conveyor systems. Over several years, we've worked as their go-to video partner, showing what their engineering actually does - through case studies, promotional films and technical explainers. The job every time is to make the precision legible to someone who does not build conveyors for a living.
Looks excellent Dan. This has come better than I could have hoped for!
